Bakersfield-based Dr. Janardhan Grandhe has over 20 years of experience in pain management and anesthesia. His practices have been well-received by the community. He has focused on avoiding patient dependency on narcotic medications with anesthesiology and pain management. Dr. Janardhan Grandhe has consistently received recognition as one of the top doctors in the state for over ten years. From the Compassionate Doctor Recognition in 2010 to the Top 10 Doctor in State award in 2014, he's been acknowledged for his service to the community perpetually.

He independently opened Central Valley Pain Management Practice (CVPM) in 2001, which expanded over the years to cover most of the underserved areas of Kern, Tulare, and Fresno. His main branches are in Bakersfield, Tulare, and Fresno. He is always traveling with the procedure team to each center because Dr. Grandhe is the only provider who can do interventional procedures at all three centers.




Since he is the sole pain management program provider, Dr. Grandhe is on call 24/7 to provide care to those suffering from chronic pain. And he is prompt about training the medical graduates and providers in the centers.

DR. Grandhe has done a magnificent job of training over 30 graduates of medicine who all obtained residencies all across the US. DR.
