 Dr. Janardhan Grandhe, MD is a health care provider primarily in Fresno, CA, with additional offices in Tulare, CA, and Bakersfield, CA. He is a pain medicine specialist and anesthesiologist with over 40 years of experience in the medical field.

Dr. Grandhe began his first medical practice in Bakersfield, California, in 1994. Dr. Grandhe self-started the Central Valley Pain Management Practice (CVPM) as a full-time practitioner on his own in 2001. CVPM gradually expanded to other parts of the Central Valley, covering the majority of underserved areas in Kern, Tulare, and Fresno, with main branches in Bakersfield, Tulare, and Fresno.

He is affiliated with Good Samaritan Hospital and Tulare Regional Medical Center. His office welcomes new patients as well as telehealth appointments. Dr. Janardhan Grandhe has received various awards from various organizations in recognition of his community service almost every year for more than ten years. More than 30 graduates who trained under Dr. Grandhe's CVPM program have obtained medical residencies throughout the United States, and an additional 6 have been able to obtain their preferred fellowship positions.
